Modules

carto_mesh	This file contains the class CartoMesh with all its reconstruction-specific methods.
mesh_tools	This file contains a selection of useful vector operations and mesh operations such as io, cleaning, converting etc.
reconstruct	This is a runfile to reconstruct an input carto mesh to a simulatable mesh.
apply_cv	This is a runfile to apply conduction velocities to a reconstructed mesh.
